Scholastic Recognition Programs
Dean’s List
The Dean’s List is generated at the completion of each semester (Fall, Spring and Summer II) to recognize high scholastic achievement. Students are placed on the Dean’s List when they have earned a semester grade point average (GPA) of 3.2 or higher while enrolled for 12 or more semester credit hours (SCHs) of non-developmental courses. Students who receive a grade of 'D', 'F', 'I', 'NC', or 'W' on any course will be ineligible for the Dean’s List for that semester. Semester credits earned through Advanced Placement, Articulated Credit or Challenge Exams are not used in the calculation for eligibility into the Dean’s List.
