Auditing Classes

Auditing Classes

Students who wish to audit a course, defined as attending a class without earning academic credit, must obtain approval from the Provost/Vice President for Academic Affairs or a designated representative.

Not all courses are available for audit. The availability of courses for auditing, including but not limited to courses in music, kinesiology, dance, or art, is determined by the Provost/Vice President for Academic Affairs.

Students auditing a course must register for the course, declare audit status at the time of registration, and pay the applicable tuition and fees. Audited courses do not earn academic credit and do not apply toward degree or certificate requirements.

An audit fee of $25.00 per academic session is assessed to students auditing one or more courses.
