PHIL 1301 Introduction to Philosophy 3 Credit Hours (3 Lec)
A study of major issues in philosophy and/or the work of major philosophical figures in philosophy. Topics in philosophy may include theories of reality, theories of knowledge, theories of value, and their practical applications.

PHIL 2303 Introduction to Formal Logic 3 Credit Hours (3 Lec)
The purpose of the course is to introduce the student to symbolic logic, including syllogisms, propostional and predictate logic, and logical proofs in a system of rules.
